Community Solar Port of Ridgefield PV System Installation

This solicitation from Clark Public Utilities is for the design, supply, and installation of a photovoltaic (PV) system on the rooftop of the building at the Port of Ridgefield, located at 5645 S 11th St Building A. The aggregate PV DC nameplate capacity required for this project is 180 kW. This project is part of the Clark Public Utilities Community Solar at the Port of Ridgefield Program. The estimated cost for this project, excluding WA State Sales Tax, is $450,000.00. Bidders are required to submit a bid guaranty of at least five percent (5%) of the total potential award amount, either in the form of a surety company bid bond or a cashier's or certified check. Bids not accompanied by an appropriate bid guaranty may be rejected as non-responsive.
