Union County Road Materials Bid

Union County Fiscal Court is soliciting sealed bids for a variety of road construction materials. The items include Bituminous Concrete Hot Mix, Bituminous Cold Mix, Binder Mix, Flowable Fill, Crushed Stone in Various Sizes, Corrugated Steel Circular Pipe With Bands, Corrugated Steel Pipe Arch With Bands, Coated Corrugated Pipe With Bands, Plastic Pipe With Bands, Portland Cement Concrete (3500 PSI and 4000 PSI - Compressive Strength Plant Mixed, delivered to site), Prestressed Concrete Box Beams (12" length through 100" length, HS-25 loading to meet KY State Highway Laws), and Treated Timbers For Bridges (HS-25 loading to meet KY State Highway Specifications). All bids must be submitted in multiples of seven (7) copies and include a non-collusive bid statement. The blacktop must be laid before October 30, 2026, or a ten percent (10%) penalty will be assessed unless authorized otherwise. Union County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities, and award contracts to separate bidders.
