Description

Springfield School District No. 19 is soliciting proposals for the supply of dairy products for its School Nutrition Services Programs for the 2026-27 school year. The contract has an initial term for the 2026-27 school year, with options to renew for subsequent years, not to exceed a total of five years. Proposals must be submitted by Friday, May 22, 2026, at 2:00 pm PST. Submissions can be made via email to demian.laudati@springfield.k12.or.us or delivered in person to the Administration Building at 640 A Street, Springfield, Oregon, 97477. Emails must be marked "NUTRITION SERVICES DAIRY PRODUCTS RFP" in the subject line, and physical envelopes must be similarly marked. All proposers must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes, including those related to Government Ethics and Public Contracting. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, postpone award, waive informalities, and select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
