General Engineering Job Order Contracts

The City of Santa Barbara intends to award multiple Job Order Contracts (JOC) for General Engineering services, specifically for projects requiring an A License. This contract will utilize the Best Value Job Order Contracting project delivery method. The process involves two steps: first, an evaluation committee will assess contractors based on their demonstrated experience, competency in managing JOC projects, safety records, financial stability, and compliance with Department of Industrial Relations and Secretary of State requirements. Contractors who are prequalified will receive a notice and a date for the opening of their sealed bids.
