Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements

The City of Des Moines is soliciting bids for the construction of improvements to their Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project involves building a new chemical storage tank and a chemical feed building adjacent to the existing Headworks Building. This includes the installation of associated feed equipment, routing of feed piping, an eye wash station, site improvements, and HVAC and electrical equipment. Bidders are encouraged to schedule a pre-bid site visit by contacting Ronnie Pederson at 620-663-7104 or ronniep@southhutch.com. Site visits must be scheduled no later than seven calendar days before the bid opening. All questions regarding the Bidding Documents must be submitted in writing to the Engineer, Professional Engineering Consultants, P.A., at 303 S. Topeka, Wichita, Kansas 67202.
