New Dicken Avenue Re-Bid

Ann Arbor Public Schools is seeking sealed online bids for the New Dicken Avenue Re-Bid project (IFB 25.0026A). Bids must be submitted online via BuildingConnected by 2:00 PM local time on May 28, 2026. Bids received after this date and time will not be considered. Bids will be opened and read aloud via Zoom conference call on May 28, 2026, at 2:30 PM. Each bid must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or employee of the contractor and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent of Ann Arbor Public Schools. A bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of at least 5% of the bid sum, payable to Ann Arbor Public Schools, must accompany each bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities, or to award the contract to the contractor submitting the best value bid.
