The Sublette County Conservation District (SCCD), in cooperation with the Pinedale BLM Field Office, is seeking proposals for a Class III cultural resource survey on a designated project site within Sublette County. The project requires the completion of a survey on approximately 66 acres for Site One: New Fork-Sand Draw. The contractor must adhere to Wyoming State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) guidelines and complete all required reporting. This includes submitting a fieldwork request (DBA) through the SHPO Wyotrack website prior to commencing work and creating a report of findings (DBI) to be submitted through Wyotrack upon completion and approval. The contractor must also provide notification to SCCD of when field surveys are being completed and communicate with project management staff at the conservation district to provide updates. All field surveys must be completed before November 15th, 2026, to comply with BLM big game winter range closures. Final reporting requirements must be completed within 30 days of the completion of surveys. The SCCD reserves the right to select or reject proposals at its discretion. The contractor will not be paid if surveys are not completed in compliance with SHPO guidelines. Proof of a current Cultural Resource Use Permit and a bid sheet (Attachment A) must accompany proposals. Three references from relevant clients in the last five years are required to demonstrate the firm's ability to perform the work. Proposals will be evaluated based on best value and established criteria.
