Bituminous Concrete for the City of Lawrence

The City of Lawrence, Massachusetts is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for bituminous concrete. Bids must be submitted to the office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room #101, Lawrence, MA 01840, by Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bid specifications will be available for download on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM from www.cityoflawrence.com/bids. Bidders are required to submit a five percent (5%) bid deposit with their bid. All bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with Massachusetts General Chapter 149, and are subject to Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates and OSHA Certification. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
