Founders Ridge Community Development District
The Founders Ridge Community Development District is soliciting proposals for annual financial auditing services. The selected firm will be responsible for auditing the District's financial records for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2026, with the possibility of four additional annual renewals. The District is a local unit of special-purpose government established under Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, focused on financing, constructing, and maintaining public infrastructure within Lake County. The audit must adhere to Government Auditing Standards as adopted by the Florida Board of Accountancy, and comply with Florida Law, particularly Section 218.39, Florida Statutes, and the rules of the Florida Auditor General. The auditing entity must be duly licensed under Chapter 173, Florida Statutes.
