Description

The Founders Ridge Community Development District is soliciting proposals for annual financial auditing services. The selected firm will be responsible for auditing the District's financial records for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2026, with the possibility of four additional annual renewals. The District is a local unit of special-purpose government established under Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, focused on financing, constructing, and maintaining public infrastructure within Lake County.
