2.54m Buoy Frame and Bridles for National Data Buoy Center

This amendment to the solicitation addresses vendor inquiries and provides responses to technical questions, along with updated drawings. The offer due date has been extended by five days to allow for review and potential resubmission of pricing. All previous quoters must sign and return this amendment; failure to do so may result in rejection of their offer. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the fabrication and delivery of four (4) 2.54-meter Buoy Frames and Bridles. These components are essential for the National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) and will be manufactured in accordance with attached drawings and specifications. The government reserves the right to waive the first article requirement if the awarded contractor has successfully completed a similar project in the past. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
