Termite Control Services for Springfield Public Schools

The School District of Springfield R-12 is soliciting competitive bids for termite control services across various school locations. Bidders must respond online through the district's e-bid system; emailed or faxed copies will not be accepted. All questions regarding this solicitation must be directed to the buyer of record exclusively through the e-bidding system. Contacting other district staff or board members is prohibited and violates policy. Late responses will not be accepted. All correspondence within the e-bidding system, including questions, answers, and addenda, will become part of the resulting agreement. The contract period will commence on the date of award for one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
