Water and Wastewater Treatment Chemicals for FY 2026/2027

The City of Corvallis is soliciting bids for the supply of various water and wastewater treatment chemicals for the fiscal years 2026 and 2027. The chemicals required include Sodium Hypochlorite (Low Sodium) 12% Liquid, Liquid Aluminum Sulfate, Dense Soda Ash Powder (in bulk and bags), Sodium Fluorosilicate (in bags), and Liquid Sodium Bisulfite (38-40%). Bidders must provide chemicals that comply with applicable industry and government standards, including AWWA and NSF 60 specifications where noted. The solicitation requires bidders to submit a Certificate of Analysis dated within the last six months and an Affidavit of Compliance. Deliveries will be made to three locations: Taylor Water Treatment Plant, Rock Creek Water Treatment Plant, and the Wastewater Reclamation Plant, with specific quantity requirements for each chemical and delivery site. Bids must clearly state any additional charges, and all bids will be valid for the duration of the contract.
