Latta 1401 IRA - Kitchen Design Services

The Finger Lakes DDSO is seeking a Design Vendor to provide comprehensive drawing designs and specification generation for the remodeling of the kitchen at their Latta 1401 IRA facility, located at 1401 Latta Rd, Rochester, NY 14612. The scope of work includes the removal and disposal of existing kitchen components, installation of new cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet, garbage disposal, flooring, lighting, and electrical receptacles. The design documents must comply with various New York State codes and OPWDD requirements, and will be submitted in Adobe PDF and CAD file formats. The vendor is responsible for providing two sets of blueprints upon completion and a probable construction cost estimate.
