This project aims to address flooding issues within the window wells of the Attorney General's Office. The scope of work includes improvements to the northern, southern, eastern, and western window well drainage systems, as well as the northern and southern roof drain downspout systems, all in accordance with the provided plans and specifications. The contract duration is set at 91 calendar days, with liquidated damages of $700.00 per calendar day. Prevailing wages must be paid on this project.
