Repair and Installation of Base Fire Alarm System

The 183d Wing, Illinois Air National Guard (ANG), is soliciting bids for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide services for the repair and installation of a base fire alarm system in Springfield, IL. This project aims to establish a centralized base-wide fire alarm control system compliant with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-600-1 and ANG Engineering Technical Letter (ETL) 15-01-03 standards. The contract duration is 180 days after the notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business, with a NAICS Code of 238990 and a size standard of $19,000,000. The estimated construction magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled for early-mid May 2026, with a tentative pre-bid conference in mid-May 2026.
