Food, Beverage, Retail, and Vending Concession Services at Mobile International Airport

The Mobile Airport Authority (MAA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to operate food, beverage, retail, news and gift, and vending concession services at the new terminal of Mobile International Airport (BFM), located at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in Mobile, Alabama. The Authority seeks one or more experienced concessionaires to design, build out, equip, operate, manage, and maintain first-class concession facilities that will enhance the passenger experience, reflect the character and culture of Mobile and the Gulf Coast region, and generate revenue for the Authority.
