Video Production Services for Port Tampa Bay

Port Tampa Bay (PTB) is soliciting proposals from qualified respondents for video production services on a "work for hire" basis. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, research, scouting, videography (ground and aerial), writing, editing, post-production work, sound, motion graphics, animation, and effects to create ongoing content footage and videos for PTB. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee of specific assignments. PTB intends to select one consultant for these services. Future projects or services may be negotiated with the awarded consultant or contracted separately as deemed necessary by PTB.
