Office Coffee Service and Breakroom Supplies

The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA), operating as Cincinnati Metro, is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive office coffee and breakroom service. This includes the leasing, installation, maintenance, and servicing of coffee and ice equipment, as well as inventory management, delivery, and restocking of breakroom supplies. The service will support approximately 106 employees at their corporate office located on the 5th and 6th floors of the Huntington Center at 525 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing premium coffee and tea brands, compatible coffee brewers with a minimum of eight 42-ounce thermal carafes, and ice machines with dispensers. All equipment must fit within specified dimensions and be directly connected to the building's water supply. The vendor must provide ongoing maintenance, including monthly deep cleaning and servicing within a 24-hour response time for repairs, at no additional cost to SORTA. Breakroom supplies will be managed through an approved inventory list, with the vendor responsible for monthly checks, anticipating usage for 106 employees, and timely delivery within 48 hours of ordering. The vendor will also be required to provide monthly inventory and usage reports, cost and spend reports, and exception reports. The contract term is for one year with two one-year option periods.
