Mount, Isolator, and Compressor

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is seeking a mount, isolator, and compressor. All bids and quotes must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with the freight cost included in the overall price. DART does not typically accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add terms. Payment terms are Net 30. Invoices must be submitted to APInvoices@dart.org in triplicate, including the purchase order number, item number, description of supplies/services, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Payment will be made 30 days from receipt of the invoice or 30 days from receipt of the order, whichever is later, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Contracting Officer may terminate the order for default if the Seller fails to perform within the specified time periods. If the failure is without the Seller's control, fault, or negligence, the termination will be considered for convenience.
