Storm Drainage Video Inspection and Pipe Cleaning Services

The City of Charlotte is seeking qualified firms to perform Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspections of its pipeline system. These inspections must strictly adhere to current NASSCO Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) standards, utilizing NASSCO-certified software and compliant database formats. The contractor will be responsible for delivering high-quality color video inspections, accurate defect coding, condition grading, and comprehensive supporting documentation for all inspected assets.
