Portable Toilet Rental and Service for Columbus AFB

This solicitation is for the rental and service of portable toilets and the pumping out of holding tanks at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi, and Auxiliary Field OLF Alpha in Shuqualak, Mississippi. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and setting up eight long-term portable toilet units within one workday of the contract start date. Additionally, the contractor must be prepared to provide up to ten extra units for short-term needs, including special events and emergencies, with delivery and service within two hours of notification. Service includes cleaning, restocking, and waste disposal in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The contract also requires monthly pump-out of four 1,000-gallon holding tanks on Columbus AFB and two 150-gallon holding tanks at OLF Alpha. The contractor shall also provide an emergency phone number for after-hours contact and relocate units on base at no cost to the government. All units must be maintained in good working condition, and any unit not repairable must be replaced within 24 hours of notification.
