The contractor is encouraged to use sustainable and recovered materials, minimizing toxic chemicals. Furniture must be contemporary in style, with hard edges, gentle curves, natural materials, and minimal ornamentation. Specific requirements are detailed for sofas, loveseats, armchairs, nightstands, dressers, mattresses, headboards, bed frames, lamps, dining sets, and end tables. All upholstered furniture comes with a limited warranty ranging from one to a lifetime, depending on the component.
