Permit Mail Services for HHSC/DDS in Austin, TX

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is soliciting bids for permit mail services to manage all outgoing agency correspondence. The selected contractor will be responsible for picking up mail daily from 6101 E. Oltorf St., Austin, TX 78741, and delivering it to the USPS Business Mail Entry Unit (BMEU) for same-day processing. This includes handling up to 15,000 envelopes of various sizes daily, ensuring secure transportation and management of mail containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and providing detailed monthly invoices. The contractor must be a Certified USPS Permit/Presort Bureau and CASS/MASS certified. The estimated annual volume is approximately 3,000,000 pieces of mail.
