Security Upgrades - Group J 3 for Five Clark County Schools

The Clark County School District is soliciting bids for security upgrades at five elementary schools: Blue Diamond Elementary School, Paul E. Culley Elementary School, J. T. McWilliams Elementary School, Vegas Verdes Elementary School, and Rose Warren Elementary School. The scope of work includes repairing or adding site fencing and securing access to building entrances. Bid documents will be available via "Bluebeam" starting Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Pre-qualified bidders must email Eric Cisneros at cisnee4@nv.ccsd.net to request an invitation for digital bid documents. Bid documents can also be obtained from Crisp Imaging at 6645 S. Eastern Avenue, Suite 101, Las Vegas, NV 89119, beginning Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the requestor's expense. Contractors must possess a Nevada Contractor's License with classification AB, B, or B2. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 10:00 am at 1180 Military Tribute Place, Henderson, Nevada 89074. Late arrivals may not be eligible to bid.
