HVAC Systems Maintenance, Equipment, Parts, & Services Contract

Education Service Center Region 2 (ESC2) is soliciting proposals for HVAC Systems Maintenance, Equipment, Parts, & Services. This is an ongoing RFP with a contract effective date of June 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027, with one additional one-year renewal option. The services are intended for all campus and department locations for ESC2, and this solicitation specifically excludes HVAC work associated with construction projects. Proposers must have a minimum of five years of experience providing HVAC systems maintenance, equipment, parts, and services, and have worked on at least three comparable commercial accounts. A retail or warehouse location within a fifty-mile radius of the ESC2 facility at 209 N. Water St, Corpus Christi, TX 78401 is required to accommodate service needs. Proposers must provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts in new condition, unless otherwise authorized, and warrant labor and new parts for a minimum of 90 calendar days, in addition to the manufacturer's standard warranty.
