The Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) is seeking proposals for a ride-matching and trip tracking technology platform to be administered by their Way to Go program. This platform will be available at no cost to employers and commuters, aiming to help users find and track non-solo driving trips, earning points and opportunities to win prizes. The ideal platform should feature a simple user interface with functionalities such as carpool-matching, gamification, flexible reporting, and an intuitive administrator interface. Key features for commuters include trip planning, trip tracking, and ride-matching for vanpools and carpools. For employers, the platform should offer a hub for assessment, employee survey administration, and trip reduction planning, along with a dashboard to view employee activity and challenge results. The contract will be for an initial two-year term with the option to renew for three additional one-year terms.
