Plano ISD is soliciting applications from companies interested in providing fundraising services. This application process is designed to track and evaluate successful fundraising opportunities to help schools and student organizations maximize revenue. Companies must complete the application via Ionwave, attach a W-9, proof of insurance (listing Plano ISD as an additional insurer), and a Pre-Service Affidavit. A Conflict of Interest Questionnaire is only required if a disclosure is needed. Catalogs and brochures should also be attached. The review process is anticipated to take two weeks, but may be delayed. Plano ISD expects to approve multiple vendors incrementally and does not guarantee purchase volume. Approved vendors will be notified in writing. Applications may be denied if requirements are not met, products are unsuitable, or profit potential for the district is insufficient. The term of approved applications will auto-renew yearly based on district needs and mutual consent.
