The National Park Service is soliciting for invasive plant roadside treatments within Grand Teton National Park and the John D. Rockefeller Memorial Parkway. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base year and two 12-month option years. The work involves ground-based survey and application of herbicides to control targeted noxious weeds using ground-operated equipment. The contractor will be responsible for surveying assigned acreages, mixing and applying specified herbicides, completing daily treatment records, and collecting electronic data including GPS tracks. Work is expected to commence between June 1 and July 15 annually, during daylight hours, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise approved. The estimated award is approximately 1,000 acres for the base year, with a maximum contract value of $349,000.00 and a minimum guarantee of $40,000.00. This amendment provides answers to timely questions received regarding the solicitation, including details on site visits, horseback spraying, maximum contract value, minimum guarantee, map availability, and approved herbicides. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, May 13th at 10:00 am MDT, meeting at the Moose, WY Post Office. Horseback spraying is not allowed, and ATVs are prohibited on National Park Service lands.
