Vending Machine Services for Loudoun County Public Schools

Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) is seeking proposals to establish a multiple-term contract for vending machine services. The awarded contractor will be responsible for furnishing, maintaining, and servicing vending machines across LCPS's 100 schools and nine educational support buildings. Machines must be equipped with credit card readers and dispense change. For student-accessible machines, healthy snacks and beverages adhering to USDA guidelines must be provided, and these machines will only be operational outside of school hours and on weekends. A commission of 15% will be paid to LCPS on machines generating net vending sales exceeding $300 per month.
