New Marquee Sign at Brewbaker Primary/Middle & Tech Magnet High School

Montgomery Public Schools is soliciting sealed proposals for the construction of a new marquee sign at Brewbaker Primary/Middle & Tech Magnet High School in Montgomery, Alabama. Bidders are required to visit the site and examine existing conditions prior to submitting their proposal. General contractors must possess general liability and worker's compensation insurance and must be licensed in accordance with Alabama state law, with their license number clearly displayed on the sealed bid envelope. Bids should exclude taxes and be submitted on provided proposal forms. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. A certified check or Bid Bond payable to Montgomery Public Schools, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid but not exceeding $10,000.00, must accompany each bid.
