Indefinite Delivery Contract for Architect-Engineer Services - Inland Navigation and Water Resources Planning

This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services related to inland navigation and water resources planning within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division (LRD) of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, with a total maximum value not to exceed $20,000,000.00. Work will be issued through negotiated firm-fixed-price task orders. This procurement is restricted to small businesses, with a NAICS code of 541330 (size standard $16,500,000.00). Firms must be registered in SAM.gov to be eligible for award. Equitable distribution of DoD contracts will serve as a tie-breaker.
