Description

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is requesting bids for moving services to relocate its library collections from the Cofrin Library to the new Cofrin Technology & Education Center (CTEC) building and a portion to the Instructional Services building, both on the UW-Green Bay campus. The collections comprise approximately 90,000 items, including books, maps, CDs, DVDs, government documents, microfilm, microfiche, and music scores. The archival collection includes books, manuscripts, maps, photographs, periodicals, microfilm, and archival boxes. Bidders must demonstrate experience in handling library collections, understanding of library classification, and proper packing and moving techniques to prevent damage. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 18th at 11 AM at the Cofrin Library plaza level. Bids are due by 2:00 PM CT on May 28, 2026.
