Support for Spanish Film Participation in International Festivals and Awards

Support amounts range from approximately EUR1,500 to EUR70,000, depending on the festival and category. For instance, major festivals like Cannes, Berlinale, and Venice offer up to EUR25,000 or EUR20,000, while Oscar nominations can receive up to EUR70,000. Applications must be submitted electronically and include a promotion plan, festival confirmation, proof of film nationality, and relevant declarations. Eligible applicants are Spanish production companies meeting ICAA requirements, with provisions for international co-productions that demonstrate effective Spanish technical, creative, or service participation.
