Medical Gases and Cylinder Rental Services IDIQ

This solicitation is for medical gases and cylinder rental services. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type, allowing for flexible ordering based on the needs of the Valley Coastal Bend Texas VA Health Care System (VCBVHCS) and its clinics. The period of performance will be a base year plus four option years, from May 31, 2026, to May 30, 2031. All medical gases must conform to United States Pharmacopeia and National Formulary specifications and be manufactured in compliance with FDA's Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) regulations. The contract includes requirements for cylinder maintenance, delivery, and emergency services. Several amendments have extended the offer due date and incorporated new clauses.
