2026 Roadway Overlays Project

Dakota County is soliciting bids for the 2026 Overlays project. This project involves roadway overlay work, with an estimated completion date of November 1, 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com's vBid online bid service. Complete digital project documents are available for purchase on QuestCDN.com. Bidders are required to download the documents from QuestCDN to be added to the Planholder List and gain access to the vBid online bidding system; a fee will be charged for electronic bid submission. An addendum has been issued, revising quantities for various items including pavement removal, aggregate base, asphalt mix, concrete work, and drainage structures, as well as adding new items for sign removal and installation.
