Construction Management Services Bids

The City of El Reno is soliciting sealed bids for construction management services. Bids are due by 2:00 PM CST on an unspecified date. Bids must be properly sealed and labeled. Any bid exceeding $50,000 must be received no more than 96 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) before the bid opening time. Bids received after the specified opening time will not be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities. The award is expected within 30 days after bid opening, with contract execution within 60 days.
