On-Call Roofing Repair and Replacement Services

Multnomah County is soliciting bids for on-call roofing repair and replacement services. This is a Tremco-certified opportunity, meaning services must be performed by technicians certified by Tremco. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and coordination for roof repair and bi-annual maintenance on existing Tremco Roof Systems, as well as complete roof replacement when necessary. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis, with contractors expected to be available 24/7 for emergency response, including a one-hour response time for emergencies and on-site arrival within two hours. Scheduled work will be coordinated with the County, with at least five days' notice. The contract term is for five years. Prevailing wage rates apply to this solicitation.
