Strategic Plan and Building Services Consulting

The City of Berkley is seeking proposals for two distinct services. The first is for professional consulting services to assist in the development of an organizational strategic plan. This plan will guide the city through 2027 and will involve assessing the city's current strategic position, engaging with residents and stakeholders, developing a clear and actionable plan, and providing guidance on implementation and monitoring. The second service sought is for comprehensive, professional building department services. This includes ensuring code compliance, reviewing plans, inspecting structures, enforcing regulations, and providing operational support to the Community Development Department. The selected firm for building services will be expected to provide services five days a week, including plan reviews, building inspections, and code enforcement.
