Architectural and Engineering Services for Window Replacement Design

Guilford County Schools is soliciting qualifications from firms experienced in the design of public-school facilities. The selected firm(s) will provide Architectural and Professional Engineering Services for window replacement design at Monticello-Brown Summit Elementary, Smith High, Frazier Elementary, Jamestown Elementary, Gibsonville Elementary, Sedalia Elementary, and Penn-Griffin schools. Submissions must include three hard copies and one electronic copy in Adobe PDF format on a flash drive. The deadline for submission is 2:00 PM on June 3rd, 2026. Submissions cannot be sent via facsimile and must be received by the Purchasing Department by the deadline; postmarks will not be considered. Firms should submit their response to Velicia Moore, CLGPO, Purchasing Director, Guilford County Schools, 714 Green Valley Road, Greensboro, NC 27408. All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing via email to gaddyv@gcsnc.com no later than 5:00 PM on May 20th, 2026. The RFQ and all responses will be posted on the Purchasing Department website.
