Medical Supplies for Ukraine

This solicitation is for the procurement of various medical supplies, including a hysteroscopic complex with a bipolar resectoscope, a laparoscopic system with 4K NIR/ICG capabilities, and an energy platform for vessel sealing. The equipment must be new, manufactured no earlier than 2023 (or 2025 for specific items), and originate from European countries or the USA. All components must be from a single manufacturer for full digital integration and meet stringent technical specifications regarding resolution, power, sterilization, and functionality. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price award based on the Lowest Price Technically Approved Product. Delivery is required within 90 days after contract award to Central Ukraine. Quoters must be registered in SAM.gov and adhere to all submission instructions, including providing product literature, data sheets, a capability statement with past performance references, and potentially subcontractor information. The evaluation will consider technical specifications, capability statement, Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) ratings, and price.
