Description
The State of Virginia, through VDOT, is soliciting bids for safety improvements and the installation of a smart scale on a segment of state highway. The project area extends from 0.787 miles south of Powhite Creek to 0.311 miles north of Powhite Creek. Prequalification is a requirement for contractors wishing to bid on this project. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the Contractors Advertisement Bulletin Board (CABB).
