Description

The Missouri Division of Tourism is seeking competitive bids for domestic visitor data collection, survey, and database research services. This is an invitation for bids (IFB) to assess the impact of the Division's marketing efforts and to conduct further visitor profiling, segmentation, and advertising concept research. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the potential for two additional one-year renewal periods. The vendor will be responsible for developing and administering questionnaires, conducting national traveler tracking surveys, and providing data in a format compatible with the Division's systems. Services may include secondary research, analysis of emerging trends, and collection and analysis of travel data. Vendors must have at least five years of experience in travel and tourism research, data collection, and analysis.
