Civil Engineer/Landscape Architect Design Services for Cemetery Expansion

The Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs (ADVA) is seeking responses from qualified consultants to provide professional civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for cemetery expansion and development. The project, located in North Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, includes the expansion of crypts and oversized crypt burial areas to accommodate 4,000-7,000 crypts and approximately 200 oversized crypts. Additionally, the scope involves adding infrastructure for 223 acres, including 10-30 columbarium niches, a new road for the expansion entrance, a new fenceline from Maryland Avenue to Batesville Pike, and the installation of water storage and irrigation systems, along with remote restrooms.
