Description

The City of Tupelo, Mississippi is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide a Public Safety Video Surveillance (PSVC) system upgrade. The selected contractor will be responsible for replacing existing coax-based and IP cameras with new Axis IP cameras and Network Video Recorders (NVRs) within the police department. This project also includes the replacement of existing cabling and cameras in multiple city buildings. Proposals must be received by 10:00 AM local time on June 11, 2026, at the Finance Office, City Hall, 71 East Troy Street, Tupelo, Mississippi, 38804. Any questions should be submitted in writing via email to the project manager prior to the deadline specified in the RFP timeline.
