Warm Springs Health & Wellness Center - Optical Coherence Tomography with Angiography Installation, Calibration, and On-Site Training Services

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking responsible vendors to provide new Optical Coherence Tomography with Angiography (OCTA) system with table, including software and upgrades, removal and disposal of existing OCTA equipment, installation, calibration, warranty, documentation, 24/7 support, on-site training, optional service contract coverage, and HER/PACS integration. The equipment is required to support ophthalmic diagnostic services by enabling high-resolution retinal imaging and vascular assessment, ensuring continuity of patient care and enhancing the facility's capability to diagnose and monitor ocular conditions. The performance period is one calendar year from the date of award through one year of contract for warranty coverage, helpdesk support services, and software support. The solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with a NAICS Code of 339112 and a small business size standard of 6,590 employees. Evaluation factors include technical capability and price, with non-price factors being less important than price.
