Asbestos, Lead, and Hazardous Materials Remediation Services

This Request for Proposals (RFP) aims to establish multiple contracts for prevailing wage and/or non-prevailing wage projects. The scope of work includes asbestos abatement, lead remediation, microbial remediation, HVAC remediation, hazardous materials abatement, and the removal of municipal waste. These contracts will support various funding sources, including Federal, State, and County dollars. Anoka County also intends for this RFP to be cooperative, allowing contractors to extend their proposed prices, terms, and conditions to other governmental and non-profit entities that have entered into cooperative purchasing agreements with the County.
