General Merchandise and Supermarket Stores

Alief Independent School District is seeking discount pricing for general merchandise and supermarket stores. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis throughout the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible, as proposals will be evaluated upon receipt. The District reserves the right to negotiate terms, conditions, or pricing with any proposer. The contract term is from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2029, with an anticipated award date at the June 2024 school board meeting. Proposal responses will be accepted on a continual basis until 2:00 PM on April 30, 2029.
