Water Reclamation Facility Digester Building Roof Replacement

The City of Bend is soliciting bids for the replacement of the existing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system on both the North and South sections of the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Digester Building. Detailed information regarding the services to be provided can be found in Exhibit A - Scope of Work. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on June 3, 2026. This project is subject to prevailing wage laws as outlined in ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870.
