Printing and Mailing of 2026 Tax Bills

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking a contractor to print and mail approximately 17,500 one-sided Estimated Third Quarter Tax Bills and 17,500 two-sided Final / Preliminary Tax Bills for 2026. The scope of work includes printing the bills on specified paper stock with perforations and barcodes, inserting them into window envelopes, applying postage, and delivering to the Post Office. Additionally, the contractor must provide three separate options for printing and inserting a letter from the Mayor, with varying color options and folding methods. The contractor must be able to receive files via WinSCP SFTP and have experience in printing and mailing municipal tax bills. The Estimated Tax Bills must be mailed by June 26, 2025, and the Final Tax Bills by September 25, 2025.
