Playground Design, Supply, and Installation Services

The City of Windsor is soliciting proposals for the design, supply, and installation of thirty-five (35) new accessible playgrounds across various parks. Submissions must be made electronically through the City's Bidding System at www.biddingo.com/windsor by the deadline of June 23, 2026, at 11:30:59 a.m. EDT. Proposals submitted through any other method will not be accepted. Only prequalified proponents are eligible to submit a proposal. These prequalified entities are: A.B.C. Recreation Ltd., Henderson Recreation Equipment Limited, New World Park Solutions Inc., Openspace Solutions Inc., Park N Play Design Company Ltd., Park N Water Ltd., and Play Power LT Canada Inc. There will be no public opening of proposals.
